3RL/4 Description

TriFlat™ by Grip Needles is a flat and 3RL needle hybrid. That is, it is composed of 3RL needles that are arranged in a straight line. This design makes it ideal for drawing fine lines. It is also among the best tattoo needles for stippling and detailed multi-textural outputs.

The tattoo cartridges and needles comprising our products are made from high-quality materials. To ensure that the cartridge does not break during use, it is constructed from medical-grade Korean polycarbonate (PC) plastic. The needles are made of 316 stainless steel, which is known for its durability and is commonly used to make food-safe tools.

3RL/4 Needle Cartridge Features

The TriFlat™ was designed to help artists become more efficient when pixelating, stippling, and whip shading. These techniques were often performed using magnum needles and round liners. Unfortunately, magnums and shading tattoo needles  are not meant to produce a stipple textured look, while round liners that do,  can be time-consuming and painful for clients. The shape of the TriFlat™ means you can cover larger areas while producing even results similar to those of round liners, allowing you to finish your work faster. Drawing fine details like fish scales and wood grain or creating hair strokes and pixelated brows just got easier!

Whether you’re a tattoo or permanent makeup (PMU) artist, you’ll find that TriFlat™ tattoo needle cartridges are compatible with your tattoo pen machine of choice. Each cartridge comes equipped with a soft membrane to prevent ink backflow that would cross-contaminate your machine. It also has a removable silicone sleeve to cushion your fingers and protect them from finger fatigue. This sleeve is very helpful when you have to work for extended periods.

Each TriFlat™ was manufactured for quality and safety, following stringent standards. The needles are sterilized with EO gas to kill disease-causing germs and other pathogens.
