Grip Needles - No Refund/Exchanges/Cancellation Policy
At Grip Needles, we are committed to providing high-quality tattoo specialty needles to our valued customers. We take pride in our products and stand behind their quality. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund or exchange is necessary. Please read our refund/exchange policy carefully.
1. No Refunds or Exchanges (except for damaged products): Grip Needles operates on a strict no refund or exchange policy for all products unless the product arrives damaged. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, including but not limited to changes of mind, ordering errors, or dissatisfaction with the product.
2. Damaged Products: In the rare event that your Grip Needles product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will require clear photographic evidence of the damage. Once we have verified the damage, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with a replacement or refund.
3. Return Process for Damaged Products: If your product is damaged, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer support team at Support@gripneedles.com within 3 days of receiving the damaged product.
b. Provide clear photographs of the damaged product, including the packaging.
c. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions on returning the damaged product.
d. Once we receive the damaged product, we will initiate a replacement or issue a refund, as per your preference.
e. If approved, a refund (minus shipping charges)or replacement will be shipped within 7 working days. Please note that a refund may take some time to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution's policies.
4. Shipping Costs for Damaged Products: Grip Needles will cover the cost of shipping for the return of damaged products and the shipment of replacement products, if applicable.
5. Cancellations:
a. Once you place an order with Grip Needles, it is considered final and cannot be canceled or modified. We have a streamlined order processing system that allows us to fulfill orders promptly, and any changes or cancellations can disrupt this process.
b. Double-Check Your Order: Before completing your purchase, please double-check your order, including the quantity and specifications of the products you intend to purchase. Ensure that your order accurately reflects your requirements to avoid any potential issues.
c. Exceptions: Grip Needles will only consider order cancellations under the following circumstances:
1. Out-of-Stock Products: If a product you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you to discuss your options, which may include a cancellation and refund for the out-of-stock item.
2. Shipping or Technical Errors: In rare cases of shipping or technical errors on our end, we may allow for order cancellations. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Contact Customer Support: If you believe your order qualifies for an exception to our no-cancellation policy, please contact our customer support team at Support@gripnedles.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
4. Refunds for Canceled Orders: If your order qualifies for cancellation and a refund, we will process the refund (minus shipping charges) within 7 working days of your order. Please note that the refund may take some time to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution's policies.
